Pretty much anyone! Our games are meant for general audiences. However, if you’re under the age of digital consent in your country (usually 13 to 16), please make sure you have a parent or guardian’s permission to play.
Don’t Break the Site (Or the Games)
We love clever people, but please don’t use your skills to break things. You agree not to:
- Use bots, hacks, or automated scripts to cheat or manipulate high scores.
- Try to crash our servers or scrape our data.
- Copy, clone, or rehost our site’s code or games onto another platform without asking us first.
Intellectual Property (Who Owns What)
- Our Stuff: The website design, branding, logos, and custom code belong to us.
- The Games: The games on our site belong to their respective creators or are licensed to us. Playing them gives you a right to enjoy them in your browser, but it doesn’t mean you own them.
Things Break Sometimes (Limitation of Liability)
We do our absolute best to keep the site up and running 24/7, but we’re human.
- We provide the site “as is.” If a server goes down, a game glitch causes you to lose your high score, or a game doesn’t load right on your specific phone, we’re really sorry, but we aren’t legally responsible for any frustration or lost data.
- We host links to third-party games and ads. We don’t control what happens once you click off our site onto theirs.
